Oak Ray Heritage Hotel

I had the pleasure of staying at Oak Ray Heritage and I must say it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly with genuine smiles and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth, and we were guided to a beautifully kept room that was both elegant and comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows offered a stunning view of the surrounding scenery. Housekeeping maintained everything impeccably throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious food served at the hotel restaurant. Each meal was freshly prepared, well-presented, and full of flavor — a perfect combination of local and international cuisine. The facilities were top-notch — especially the swimming pool, which was clean, serene, and perfect for relaxation. The peaceful ambiance around the hotel added a lot to our overall comfort. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism and friendliness made our stay memorable.

I hosted a special evening event there, and everything was arranged perfectly. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning—especially at night, creating a magical atmosphere for any gathering. I attended my friend’s wedding at Orkray Heritage Hotel today, and it was a terrible experience. The wedding was scheduled to start at 9.00 AM. By 10.45 AM, the venue was still not ready. The reception area was incomplete, tables were not set up, and it was clear that nothing was prepared properly. The hotel staff were completely unorganized and unprofessional. No one took responsibility for the delays or the mess — they simply ignored the situation. Very bad hotel. Poor hotel. Zero management. No one should ever choose this place for a wedding. Do not trust them with your special day. This kind of careless service is unacceptable for any event — especially a wedding. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
