Oak Tree Emerald Hotel & Conventions Semarang

Very spacious hotel, clean and complete facility. stay over one night in Oak Tree with my two children, was very great experience during stay. Delicious Breakfast and good view swimming pool. Will try fortune massage in next stay. Thank You

The hotel is great. the rooms are spacious, theres types of room that get balcony, and theres also a pool. This hotel is located in an elite area of Semarang, i personally having a little difficulties to reach the hotel because i used online maps. The service was great. the receptionist was helpful and were giving us a reminder about the check-out time. the room itself that i book has 2 beds, I don't really know the bed's size but it was definitely enough for 2 people (its good for families). so overall, if you have a family of 4, i would recommend you book this hotel.

The hotel is good, meeting 4-star standards. Its location within a luxurious residential complex has its pros and cons. The plus side is that it's quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. However, the downside is that it's quite far from everything. Even getting to the nearest Alfamart requires a bit of a hike uphill. The rooms are spacious, but room 1115 had a weird sewage/toilet smell when entering from the outside, possibly due to the exhaust system inside the room. Typically, a 4-star hotel would provide an iron or hair dryer, but these were not available. The food is okay, but for a 4-star hotel, the menu lacks variety. Moreover, dishes like omelets and potato wedges were labeled as 'for kids.' Why should these be limited to children only? Are eggs and potatoes that expensive? Overall, the hotel is decent, but there's room for improvement.
