Fantastic 2 night stay. Really lovely apartment with all the Amenities you would ever need. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The receptionists were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I mentioned that I had an issue accessing my safe and within 5 mins I had a Member of staff in my room to fix the issue. Superb service. Pool area had 11 sun beds, but there were never more than 3-5 people ever up there at once. Uninterrupted sunshine which was superb. Great location with multiple bus stops to Valletta (12 min journey away). Close to airport as well. Just be aware that if you are leaving after you check out, there is only an outside shower. But certainly not a massive issue. Will certainly be returning. Thank you.
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The building is modern and attractive, with fresh renovations and a cozy atmosphere inside. Great location — everything you need is close by. The staff were especially impressive: friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any issues. You can really feel they care about their guests. Highly recommend!
Exceptional Hospitality at Park Heights Hotel We arrived at Park Heights Hotel after midnight with our two boys, only to discover that I had mistakenly booked the rooms for the wrong night. Understandably, we were tired and worried—but then came Mr. David Warren. His kindness, patience, and generosity were beyond anything we expected. Despite the late hour, he welcomed us on a phone call from Belfast (!) offered us two rooms for the night, completely free of charge. It was a deeply human and gracious gesture that turned our stress into peace. The hotel itself is lovely, well equipped , new, and very pleasant. Located near transportation and if you have a car it’s an excellent starting point for touring Malta. But it’s the people who make it unforgettable. Mr. Warren’s hospitality left a lasting impression, and we will gladly recommend Park Heights Hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Thank you for making us feel at home when we needed it most.
