I stayed here on a business trip and had a great experience. The location is extremely convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk from where I had my meetings. The staff were all very kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Rena at the front desk, who made my check-in experience smooth and welcoming. She was respectful, friendly, and took the time to explain the surrounding area, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, updated, and very comfortable, with a wonderful view. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.
This is a great hotel. Very nice. Parking garage is good, no issues with our van. The rooms are nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to public transportation, which we used to get into the city. Would definitely stay here again!
This is a little older hotel. However, they have done a fabulous job at updating it. The food was excellent...highly recommend their fish tacos. The desk staff were great, can't say enough about them. Drawbacks: No one had the code for the WiFi in the convention center. Seeing we were staying there, it wouldn't have been an issue if the guest or public access was available. The elevators were slower than the second coming. And the tubs are original. Which means they are straight up & down, with no lip to lay your head on either. Thought the stained black piece of plywood as wall art was cheap & a bit tacky, actually. The beds & pillows were still really great. Location couldn't be beat when heading to the airport on Bart. And I can't lie, when I lived in the city, my view was the exact opposite of the one we had in Oakland. Kinda nice to see that everyday.
