Food was absolutely amazing!, room was lovely and spacious. Conrad looked after us and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after! Will most definitely be back !! A++
Good location in Chester, and there was plenty of free car parking for the guests of the hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room wasn't very clean and the whole place needed some maintenance. Breakfast could be ordered , and there are good offers.
