A Wonderful Stay at Nesuto Stadium Hotel Auckland We recently enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Nesuto Stadium Hotel Auckland in one of their spacious apartments. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent—staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. One area with room for improvement is the breakfast offering, which could be more varied and better aligned with the overall high standard of the hotel. However, this was a minor point in an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we highly recommend Nesuto Stadium for anyone seeking comfortable accommodation and great service in Auckland. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. Our room was very tidy with plenty of space for a short stay and included dishwasher, oven, bathroom, washer and dryer. A bit odd that the bedroom doors were floor to ceiling glass with no curtains for privacy from the lounge area. Parking at the Arena carpark next door was convenient but an extra cost of $28.75 for a 24hr hour period through mycarpark.co.nz. The only confusing point was the free breakfast that was included when we booked through booking.com didn't show in the hotel system and I had to download the booking.com app to finally find the confirmation. The included breakfast was just cereal and toast (more or less). Overall a pretty pleasant experience and we would stay again.

We didn’t rent an apartment at the Nesuto Stadium Hotel and Apartments, but we did rent an apartment through Nesuto Group located next to Victoria Park in Auckland We rented the apartment for three six-month periods. It was in poor condition, but we accepted it due to its location and price. We trusted the property manager because he was responsive and kind, until he tried to benefit himself. Nesuto demanded over $ 2,000 for damages caused by poor maintenance and took us to the tenancy tribunal. The tribunal ruled in our favour, but it was stressful, and it was clear the company was trying to profit from us. Facing court as an honest tenant was unpleasant. After 15 years renting in NZ without issues, we advise choosing reputable agencies that don't use tricks to profit from tenants.
