Oaks Bodhgaya

We stayed at Oaks Bodhgaya from February 26 to 28, when we were visiting to perform pinda daan puja for my late father in law. Oaks was the only hotel which took the trouble of responding to my query on their website (there are at least five others in the same area that I wrote to - no one wrote back). From that point onwards, they arranged everything - from the airport pick up, to arranging the priest, the transport, the pinda daan rituals, local sightseeing and finally the drop off. Food was so good - and in such huge quantities, for 3 people we barely needed one curry, one rice preparation and a couple of parathas/rotis. But above everything else was the quality of service. Every single staff member was always standing with folded hands and ensuring all our needs were complied with. I would give six stars if there was an option!!

Guddu was the staff serving on my table. He was great and kind. Actually all staff here are perfect and very service minded. Very glad to come to this as our first hotel. Dinner and breakfast was good. Nothing to complain actually. Well done!

The room here is very spacious and clean. What I want to recommend is the food and service here. The hotel staff is very helpful especially Guddu. He has polite and friendly personality which impressed me and truly made experience here pleasant.
