Oaks Brisbane Casino Tower Suites

Had a great two night stay here. Ticked almost all of my ideal hotel boxes: clean, comfortable king sized bed, couch seating, full-sized fridge, washer and dryer (with included washing powder), spa (was out of order during my visit, but the lap pool was very well heated and there was a sauna), climate control in room and fast lift service. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. The location in the centre of the city was very convenient. Minor negatives: the curtains could close better and an extra towel or two would have been appreciated. Would absolutely stay again.

I have definitely made this my chosen space when in Brisbane. The room in this occasion was nice, however someone had smoked in there before me. Broken blind really was the only other thing. The staff are always polite, location is awesome, rooms are functional and tidy, access to the pool and gym, just a nice space. Beautiful views from the balcony, had breakfast out there everyday - Thank you

Great location in the city and decent rooms. Minimal shower pressure - like a dribble!!!!. Cleaners would come in and leave a card saying they’ve cleaned the rooms and what they did however they never did anything! Beds not made, wet towels still on floor where we left them, no replenish of toilet paper etc. I will add that housekeeping and room refresh is part of their service. Reception not helpful at all and quite rude. Paid for private parking however every time we went to park there was none and people who didn’t have permits were parking there. Not impressed we had to pay a fortune for the parking whilst others didn’t have to!
