Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites

Had a 2 night stay last weekend and was extremely happy with the overall experience. We arrived well before check in and were greeted by the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure they fulfilled some of our requests apon arrival. We were contacted at 1pm saying that our room was ready! The room was everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were perfect with all essentials needed! It was also great to access to have a nice kitchen, while it was slightly smaller it was clean and had all the usual kitchen needs, the balcony also offered a nice view and added to the overall experience! Everything felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

When I tell you I was so excited that a hotel finally had a spa I was walking down to the pool after a long day of travelling only to find this so called spa which was essentially apart of the pool. It was cold which really frustrated me. Other then that fine but don’t advertise as a spa.

The room was large, with a nice size balcony and living space, but unfortunately the property needs some TLC. The second bedroom desperately needs blackout blinds, and soundproofing- it was extremely hard to sleep due to constant noise at night and bright sun from 5/6am. The bathroom also needed a renovation, and the aircon seemed to only work in the living room. Location was fantastic, central to transport and lots of restaurants.
