Great Stay, Great Service My stay at The Oaks Hotel was really pleasant. The rooms were nice and the overall service was solid. I’d like to give a special mention to Lydia, who works in the buffet area during breakfast. She’s the one who welcomes guests at the entrance and helps with seating. She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to assist or bring drinks when needed. Lydia stood out for her calm, efficient manner and consistent kindness. It’s little things like that that make the experience smoother. Well done.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel with our family! The breakfast was truly exceptional - sumptuous and hearty, it was the perfect way to start our day. Ideal for families, with ample space and activities for all ages. Friendly and attentive staff catering to our every need. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, providing ample space for our family to relax and unwind. What impressed us most was the exceptional service, particularly at the breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

I first stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta almost 3 years ago for my honeymoon and absolutely loved it — so much so that I decided to return last week. The hotel now has some works going on and is under new management, but it still holds a special place in my heart because of the wonderful memories I have here. This time, I booked the full board package because I remembered how amazing the breakfast buffet was last time, with so much variety. Thankfully, breakfast is still 10/10 — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice. However, the rest of the meals were disappointing. • Dinner buffet: This was the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. There was very little variety and hardly any protein options. The meat and chicken dishes were mixed with peas, which I can’t eat, leaving me with very limited choices. It wasn’t the standard of food I’d expect from a hotel’s full board offering. • Lunch (à la carte): This was okay, but the mains were not as nice as I’d hoped. What left the most negative impression was during the dinner buffet when the chef made ribs specially for another table — a dish that wasn’t even part of the buffet — but when we asked for the same, we were told “they have no more.” We even offered to pay extra for any additional protein without peas, but they still refused. It felt disappointing and unfair, especially since we had paid for the same full board experience. On a positive note, the reception staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I still have a soft spot for this hotel and would return, but I’m not sure I’d book full board or even half board again unless the lunch and dinner options improve. If they could guarantee a better variety and quality of food for those meals, it would make the stay perfect — because breakfast alone is already outstanding.
