Oakwood Hotel and Apartments Saigon

While not located in the city centre, the views from the rooms are wonderful. And with less congestion around the area, night times are quiet and tranquil. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and well designed and well equipped. The service staff here are amazing as well. We were always greeted with polite smiles and hellos every time we enter the lobby. They responded immediately when we called with requests and also attended immediately to any concerns. We were also greeted every 1-2 days with little local snacks and a note explaining the origins of the snacks. This place is definitely a top choice for me if I plan another trip here to HCM city!

The breakfast spread is absolutely delicious and varied—I can never resist adding it on whenever I stay here. The cocktails are equally delightful, perfectly crafted and full of flavor. Even small gestures, like the bellboy escorting me to my taxi during heavy rain, show the team’s dedication to guest comfort and safety. Every stay here reminds me why Oakwood Saigon is my go-to choice in the city. The service of this hotel is touching. The room is clean, the staff is very enthusiastic, and the facilities are very good. Everything is good. Some people may think that it is a little far from the city center, but it will be quieter in the morning and more comfortable to sleep. When I left, I was so moved that I almost shed tears. The staff here always smile when they see you. I think it is really hard to find anything wrong. I will definitely choose this place next time. Thank you so much!
