It's hard to believe about Hotel with Oakwood named here. I'm expecting a lot more. The price is commonly for 4-stars hotel. But the room that provided is lack of air circulation. When I entered the room, the air condition feels not good, like stuffy. Although the house keeper makes some treatment, it's nothing changed. I found that the main problem is ventilation. The blower in the toilet is so small, and the fan that should be there is not working, there is no sucking air flow. The window is locked, and the room with the balcony is available for smoking only. And I don't smoke. However, I respect to the hotel management for accommodating early breakfast or sahur for moslem guest. Although in extremely low season, they served full package dishes like normally breakfast. I appreciate it. However, it's still a lot of opportunities to increase the quality how the dish served. Yes, I have unpleasant in dinner event / iftar last night, but how they served me in this dawn, I feel pleased. My advised, please make sure each manager comes to greeting or welcoming directly to see and evaluate, or at least hear the guest suggestions. If he/she was there, please use different uniform, so noticeable.

Location is perfect,we luv it There is 2 things that really upsets me 1) AC, water dripping 2) the floor , it's dangerous bcos its infront of the TV not at the corner (pic as below) I hope the management could look into
