Oakwood Merdeka Bandung

The hotel location is close to many cafes and factory outlet for shopping. The hotel is clean, AC is cold, the bed and the pillow is so comfortable.. for the amenities if you need hair dryer is upon request :) but the service is so good.. I am satisfied with the service as well. Thank you Oakwood Team! I have pleasant stay here :)

I stayed here from June 22 - 24 with 2 kids, i stay on premier room. here is my review: 1. Great value for Money 2. Nice room and clean 3. Love to swim, clean swimming pool 4. Great location 5. Nice compliments during stay. Need to improve: 1. lack of Kids facility 2. Hair dryer at room 3. Im disappointed how staff too late to clean up my room. I have asked them to clean up on 1 pm, when i came back to room on 2 pm, the room still messy, no one clean up my room. I have call until 3 times then room service come. i cant sleep during day time, really disappointed. You need to improve how to solve the issue.

I do this review for improvement, cause the location is so great and I love it. I stayed from 18-20 Apr 2025, since I have High School reunion in this hotel. First problem when I check-in they said its not include breakfast, so I checked to their website and it’s not mentioned if the price is for Room only (I need to see other tab to see the price incl. bfast). But finally, the hotel give compliment for incl. bfast, appreciate for that. Balcony: I booked room with balcony, nice balcony, but the seperation between room is not private, so people can see each other easily. Toilet: very small size, its like budget hotel in term of space and sanitary. Shower area is so limited. Water flow from hand shower is very low/small. Service: after they do clean up my room, I cant find towels and floor towel (doormat), so I need to call housekeeping to have them Ballroom: the aircon is so poor, we have around 200pax inside, and feel hot inside
