We've been before and below this paragraph is a review I wrote 3 years ago and accidentally left at the wrong place. I've just been back again after all this time and my feelings are the same. It was just as wonderful as the first time. Even the friendly staff member. Both times, we stayed in the premium side of the hotel. It's worth the upgrade, keep that in mind when looking at other reviews and booking your holiday. This was just perfect! Most beautiful view i could imagine from the room we were staying in. The food was fresh and high quality, we were very full at breakfast Less than a minute from the dead sea itself Complimentary chocolate, water, slippers and robes etc. Really felt welcome and comfortable. The indoor salt water pool was very nice to get you ready for the dead sea, was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the saunas and pools. The staff, especially Nuriel, were very kind and naturally made us feel welcome and happy. 10/10 will be back again. ♡
Our second visit to the Prima Oasis Spa Club Hotel Dead Sea, two years after our first, was even more delightful than we remembered! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Keana at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and kindness, setting the tone for our entire stay. She even surprised us with a room upgrade, complete with complimentary robes, coffee, tea, chocolates, and water – such a thoughtful touch! The resort itself is simply wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities, which are impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained. The entire staff is so friendly that you truly feel right at home. And the breakfast! It's absolutely amazing. The spread offers everything you could wish for: fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and a wide variety of both hot and cold buffet items, all incredibly tasty. The coffee is also excellent – clearly high quality. Later in the day, the complimentary beverages and delicious homemade cookies served at noon and in the afternoon were another testament to how well this hotel takes care of its guests. The only small suggestion we have is regarding food waste at breakfast. We noticed some guests piling their plates with more food than they could eat, which unfortunately led to a lot of waste. Perhaps a gentle reminder to guests about serving only what they'll consume could be helpful. Check-out was super smooth, thanks to Esteban at the front desk. Being able to converse with him in Spanish made the experience even better, and his kindness extended to letting us use the hotel's facilities until we were ready to depart for home. One recommendation we'd love to see implemented is the organization of tours to Masada. A shuttle service at a set time for a reasonable fee would be an incredible addition. We wanted to visit Masada, but the €100 taxi fare for a 20-minute ride was just too prohibitive. If the hotel could offer tours or even just shuttle services, it would greatly enhance the guest experience. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Prima Oasis Spa Club Hotel and all its staff for making our stay truly unforgettable. God willing, we will be back again, and hopefully, with a tour to Masada on the itinerary!
We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Oasis hotel by the Dead Sea. The views were breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Hani, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly amazing—his kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
