Oasis Hotel

We had a great time at this hotel! Ever since we arrived we felt very welcomed by all of the staff members. Throught our stay they were really helpful and always professional. The food was really good as well, very nice cooking and lots to choose from. The pools were very clean and the lounging area was very peaceful and quiet. Only in the weekends it got a bit chaotic because of the people coming from the outside. We booked a private suite with a pool and we loved every detail of our room. It was cleaned daily. My boyfriend had a great time at the gym, it had all the necessities. We recommend this hotel for a great and peaceful vacation!

We stayed at Alsus Boutique Hotel for 2 weeks in the beginning of July and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Exclusive Junior Suite the whole time and it did not disappoint. We arrived at 11am and an hour later the room was ready for us which was extremely nice due to early travel time. Overall the service and staff was incredible but one staff member stood out for us, Rafaela. She was so so nice and took unbelievably good care of us the whole time. Give her a raise! It was also very warming to hear a “Kalimera!” from every single on in the staff every morning, you are great team! Thank you for having us, we will be back!

We had a very uncomfortable flight to Crete with lots of delays, and we were very happy to find the hotel bar open once we checked in. There, we were greeted very wonderfully by Rafaela. She was kind and funny and had a very welcoming energy.... and she makes a great drink! We had one of the rooms with the private pool, and it was really nice to walk out onto your patio and jump into the water. The pool isn't 100 percent private, as you can see other people swimming in their own private pools, but its still pretty awesome. The staff were lovely with an unmatched hospitality. I watched them grow visibly upset when a customer who spoke neither Greek nor English seemed upset with the restaurant service. Overall, the room was very nice. But the staff make the Alsus Boutique Hotel a must- stay if you will be in the Heraklion area.
