We've been before and below this paragraph is a review I wrote 3 years ago and accidentally left at the wrong place. I've just been back again after all this time and my feelings are the same. It was just as wonderful as the first time. Even the friendly staff member. Both times, we stayed in the premium side of the hotel. It's worth the upgrade, keep that in mind when looking at other reviews and booking your holiday. This was just perfect! Most beautiful view i could imagine from the room we were staying in. The food was fresh and high quality, we were very full at breakfast Less than a minute from the dead sea itself Complimentary chocolate, water, slippers and robes etc. Really felt welcome and comfortable. The indoor salt water pool was very nice to get you ready for the dead sea, was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the saunas and pools. The staff, especially Nuriel, were very kind and naturally made us feel welcome and happy. 10/10 will be back again. ♡

Our second visit to the Prima Oasis Spa Club Hotel Dead Sea, two years after our first, was even more delightful than we remembered! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Keana at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and kindness, setting the tone for our entire stay. She even surprised us with a room upgrade, complete with complimentary robes, coffee, tea, chocolates, and water – such a thoughtful touch! The resort itself is simply wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities, which are impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained. The entire staff is so friendly that you truly feel right at home. And the breakfast! It's absolutely amazing. The spread offers everything you could wish for: fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and a wide variety of both hot and cold buffet items, all incredibly tasty. The coffee is also excellent – clearly high quality. Later in the day, the complimentary beverages and delicious homemade cookies served at noon and in the afternoon were another testament to how well this hotel takes care of its guests. The only small suggestion we have is regarding food waste at breakfast. We noticed some guests piling their plates with more food than they could eat, which unfortunately led to a lot of waste. Perhaps a gentle reminder to guests about serving only what they'll consume could be helpful. Check-out was super smooth, thanks to Esteban at the front desk. Being able to converse with him in Spanish made the experience even better, and his kindness extended to letting us use the hotel's facilities until we were ready to depart for home. One recommendation we'd love to see implemented is the organization of tours to Masada. A shuttle service at a set time for a reasonable fee would be an incredible addition. We wanted to visit Masada, but the €100 taxi fare for a 20-minute ride was just too prohibitive. If the hotel could offer tours or even just shuttle services, it would greatly enhance the guest experience. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Prima Oasis Spa Club Hotel and all its staff for making our stay truly unforgettable. God willing, we will be back again, and hopefully, with a tour to Masada on the itinerary!

Our recent stay at this hotel left us with very mixed feelings. While we came hoping for a relaxing getaway, several aspects of the experience fell short of even basic expectations. The bar staff seemed completely untrained — unfamiliar with standard drink names and generally confused. Despite speaking multiple languages (Russian, English, and Hebrew), they lacked the basic knowledge and confidence expected behind a bar. It gave the impression they had never actually worked in one before. Housekeeping was also disappointing. While we didn’t expect daily sheet changes during a short two-night stay, we did expect a properly cleaned room — something we didn’t get. Towels were left sitting outside on the deck for hours, and the cleaning felt superficial at best. This may be acceptable in some places, but certainly not by international standards. Room service ended at 19:00, which felt oddly early for a hotel aimed at adults. Additionally, check-in was unusually chaotic. It became apparent that the hotel also serves as a short-term vacation spot for large groups of elderly guests. While that’s a great initiative, the staff seemed overwhelmed and underprepared, especially with the specific needs these guests presented. At one point, we even witnessed a male staff member step out, visibly distressed and in tears — a sad reflection of how under-supported the staff appeared to be. One of the few consistently pleasant surprises was the food. Both breakfast and dinner were genuinely impressive — fresh, flavorful, and offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. You could tell real thought and care went into the meals, and it made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. It’s clear the kitchen staff know what they’re doing. The Spa – A Shining Light: On a positive note, the spa was exceptional. The staff there were professional, kind, and attentive — a complete contrast to the rest of the hotel. Special thanks to Mariam, Irene, and Nataly, who truly made a difference with their warm, competent service. They were the highlight of the stay and deserve recognition. Cost: We paid ₪3,800 for two nights for two people, which, based on recent exchange rates, is approximately $1,059.43 USD . Considering the overall experience, this price point felt steep and not reflective of the value received. This hotel has great potential, but it’s being wasted by poor training, underwhelming service, and unprepared staff. If management invested in proper staffing and support, this could be a fantastic place. For now, however, it’s not a place I’d recommend — unless you’re only coming for the spa and the food.
