Went to a professional attend. The structure was fine, the room was comfortable. The coffebreak had lot of options and was pretty good.
Good rooms and good room service, but expensive. A bit disappointed with its meals. The breakfast is ok, but most of the menu tastes like cardboard.
Super rude receptionist. I stayed in this hotel because of Agrishow trade fair. I'm not from Brazil and I speak English. There a woman at the reception, I went to her to ask how can I have internet in the restaurant and she told me in English 'I don't speak English' So I said 'Internet, Restaurant' and I showed the restaurant which was beside the reception. She didn't even look at me and started talking with another man as if I don't exist. So either don't accept international guests or try to communicate maybe with google translate. The guys at the reception were super polite and tried to communicate in English as much as they could. The rooms are not bad. I paid double or triple the normal price as it trade fair according to my colleagues. The food was so bad. Breakfast was Normal. In general I don't recommend this hotel
