Oassium Hotel at Estival Park

Just spent 3 nights here and had a great stay. The staff are all welcoming and friendly. The room and hotel was very clean and well maintained. The fact you can choose your pillow type, says it all. Prices are the bar are cheap and service was fantastic. Reception staff were always helpful and friendly. The free spa access is fantastic, but pay the additional €10 each to access the Spa club section. I think the hotel should promote this, as it makes for a much better spa experience. We will definitely visit again.

* Wonderful hotel, located in a touristic resort complex by the sea side. * All the staff have been very warm and attentive (Receptionist, breakfast room ladies,...). * Nice facilities, we enjoyed the deck chairs area around the pool. * Super clean hotel. * The room was amazing: clean, spacy, comfortable, we enjoyed the king-size bed and top quality mattress. The set of pillows was also great. The kettle, coffee maker and mini fridge were also very convenient. Bathroom was on a higher level, standing out the shower. Cozy balcony facing the pool. Proper heating system. * Superb breakfast featuring a wide range of variety of quality food, both hot and cold. It included local Catalan specials and even cava, which was a great touch. * I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy some relaxing laid-back time with good food even also in off season!

Nice warm reception but failed with not being honest and transparent. Hotel is very noisy. We were given a room next to tennis court and early morning from 8am to 9pm there is constant noise from ball bouncing on the walls and with betting and coaches shouting. Not recommended if you need some quiet place. Some of the hotel waitresses were very rude and doesn’t know any English words. It’s an international hotel so I expect some level of English decency words like thank you, please etc. Because of their Rudeness and impolite it is again not recommended. Same cold foods were served, mostly from canned vegetables and very poor quality of fruits. I wonder how this hotel is 4 star? Not recommended based on the location to the playfield court see uploaded pics and service of the rude waitresses.
