We arrived at the hotel, earlier then expected, however, Paula who greeted us on reception was incredibly welcoming and ensured they sourced a room immediately available. Upon learning we were staying for my partner's 40th they upgraded our room, which was wonderful. Thank you Paula! Fantastic location. Spotless rooms and facilities with friendly staff. We had breakfast included in our stay which was delicious with so many options. Will definitely return when back in Marbella

we have recently stayed at this gorgeous hotel for 5 nights and I can’t recommend it enough!! The rooms are so clean and the air con is amazing. The reception staff and cleaners are so friendly and accommodating so I will definitely be returning. A special mention to Paula and Juan for their amazing customer service. Any problems or questions we had were handled with a smile and a can do attitude. They really made our stay special.

This hotel has the loveliest Staff from first contact at Reception,who will go above and beyond for you, with patience and a smile. The breakfast buffet is brilliant, and easily catered for Gluten and dairy free needs. The gluten free bread roll was supplied separately,along with Sheep milk on request. The rooms were absolutely spotless, again staff very accommodating, when an iron was needed. Centrally located, for beach and Old town,will recommend without hesitation.
