Hotel Obzor Review My stay at Hotel Obzor was very pleasant, thanks mainly to the friendly and helpful staff. They were always attentive and made sure everything was clean—our room was spotless throughout the stay. The buildings themselves could use some renovation, as they feel a bit dated, but the overall atmosphere makes up for it. The location is stunning, with the Black Sea on one side and beautiful mountains on the other. Truly breathtaking views. The food selection was limited but tasty. The local olives and cheeses were absolutely excellent. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay, especially for nature lovers and those looking for a relaxing break.

We just came back from our holiday there and definitely won't go there again. We were in 3 bedrooms apartment with really big rooms and sea view. And that's all positives. We arrived in not well cleaned apartment with sand and hair on the floor and dust on the furniture. We cleaned the floor everyday by ourselves as we were with two toddlers and dirty floors really is not a good decision. One of the dinners we tried to make in the steak house and we were literally banished by the waiter with the words that the kids will starve and die before they prepare the dinner. The sunbeds around the pool were not enough for even half of the guests and all of them were "reserved" with towels 24/7 even it's written that it's not allowed and there is a fine - nobody even checked for 5 days. The location is 10/10 but we stayed with the feeling for being at cheap airbnb not 4* hotel.

The only good thing for this resort is the location, the view was beautiful and is on the beach. But we had so many inconveniences. We stayed in B3 apartment 221. 4 adults 4 children. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. It was spacious enough because we had two big sofa beds in the open plan leaving room. But we had to ask for towels, beddings, toilet roll.... because they only left a few for about 2, 4 people, not 8...They made us wait until 3 for check in (which was we were expecting) because they had to clean the apartment and when we got in we realised that nothing was cleaned, the floor seemed wet but probably swiped with a wet mop without even vacuuming first. The showers were quite disappointing, we had problems with the water even with the toilet. Broken toilet seats, old and disgusting. Disgusting beds and sofas... sticky and disgusting kitchen chairs, sticky greasy doors, dust everywhere, broken coffee machine (we had our own from home anyway)...But the most annoying and important things were a broken socket wich we discovered later on... so dangerous and children could have got really hurt (because we didn't know anyone could have touched that socket), and the apartment had a balcony not secure at all, we ended up not letting the children on the balcony at all because how unsafe it was.(One of the window panels security screws were broken and the panels wobbly. Check the pictures for everything. There is much more to say and We will take complains further because it was disgraceful. We paid good money for a rubbish unsafe place. Never going back.
