Great place to stay in Berlin. The rooms are clean and new. The shower was nice. I locked my passport in the safebox and forgot the combination but the reception came tight away at 12 at night and reset it. The location is fantastic in the heart or Berlin and the prices very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
Good connection, nice rooms, very good breakfast. They look after issues quickly. I would recommend adding bottled water to the rooms which can be a nicr touch. Also maybe spa would be available free for guests and not 25€ ppl per visit.
The rooms are nice, the people are friendly — but if you need a proper invoice, good luck. Even when you request one, they refuse to provide it. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
