Ocas do Índio Hotel Spa

We stayed here for about four days. The rooms were comfortable. The amenities are a little outdated but everything is functioning well and clean. We were most impressed with the direct contact with nature. Your rooms are in front of many trees, flowers and other plants right next to the beach. We find this very refreshing. The need to enter an elevator, cross a grand foyer and get in our car to go somewhere is just not as appealing as directly interacting with nature two meters in front of your door. The ambient was excellent. We would love to return.

The four days we stayed were great, the massage services are great and worth their time and money, the gazebo and beach area is beautiful with hammocks and armchairs, but I have to comment on the restaurant which was unfortunately my worst experience, You are better off going to lunch and dinner elsewhere.

This hotel has a lot going for it (pool area, spa, restaurant, etc.), but the rooms need lots of upgrades. They're outdated, no decoration, old appliances, and lots of mosquitoes because of the open windows. We also heard loud music late into the night/early morning through those windows. I expected better accomodations for the price.
