Very nice hotel, clean and modern. With on-site restaurant for lunch and dinner. The check-in was smooth, room was comfortable with fruits, snacks, and 3 different kinds of water! We had breakfast at the hotel, great selections of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Wonderful stay!
The hotel is really good. I have recently left a review with a negative feedback because I lost my earring before leaving the hotel and staff probably couldn’t quickly solve it because of new checking-in guests. But I was impatiently keeping in touch with the hotel and today after check out they controlled the room in detail and found my lovely earring :)) I am so grateful for such efforts! Appreciate it Actually, the location is perfect, breakfasts are nice and receptionists are really understanding our situation, when we were on the visa interview and asked for late checkout/prolonging the stay after we return to the hotel. Thank you so much, we will keep in mind the quality and high standards of barcelo group hotels 🤲🏻☺️
A lovely hotel with a restaurant on site. The rooms were clean and comfy as is the hotel. The hotel restaurant food was very good, service was prompt, and also includes a bar area. The manager Husamettin was attentive, ensuring things were satisfactory. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay.
