I recently spent a week at The Occidental Aran Park and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and matched the photos exactly as advertised. The front desk staff were friendly, informative, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. We opted for the half-board option, which included breakfast and dinner. Our server, Hassen, was outstanding—he spoke several languages and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. His level of service is rare and clearly comes from a genuine passion for hospitality. Adina also delivered excellent service during our meals, always making us feel welcome and at home. The location is convenient if you don’t mind a bit of commuting. A bus stop just a few minutes away connects you to the metro, making it fairly easy to navigate the city. Overall, a great stay with memorable service!
I was coming down stairs for a last minute drink. It was 5min until close and Filippo was at the bar. He was polite even when I was there at the very last second and he served me 1 drink that I really enjoyed. He was professional, clean and charismatic. He made me feel like I was back home in Texas. Thanks to Filippo who made my night with the last drink. The restaurant on the 7th floor is also magnificent. They all dress elegantly and are always smiling. Good calm area and hotel to stay in.
- The room was very dirty. Ants was in my room, they didn't even bother to clean under the beds where I discovered fries with a lot of ants around. Traces were on the poorly cleaned toilets, I bothered to clean everything without calling customer service because I don't trust their cleaning and cleanliness. Bad smells stinked in the room. The hotel is secure. But what bothered me was the hotel staff who opened the door of my room while I was sleeping, knowing that I had indicated on the door that I didn't want to be disturbed. For a moment the electricity was cut off. + Breakfast was full. The beds are comfortable. There was parking for the car.
