We stayed for one night at Occidental Aranjuez and had a great experience. The hotel feels like a full-scale resort — with paddle courts, a swimming pool, a spa, and a well-equipped gym. The fitness room had everything needed for a full workout, and we actually regretted not bringing our sportswear! Our room was spacious, with a pool view and a very large, comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and we appreciated the bathrobes, slippers, and bathroom amenities, including soap, body lotion, a hairdryer, and even a dental kit. The only small downside was that the minibar in the room was empty. However, there’s a small stand at the reception where you can buy drinks and snacks. Breakfast was good — I recommend including it when booking. The hotel also has a restaurant, a bar with a terrace, and conference facilities. We would definitely return for a longer stay next time!
The staff at this hotel is amazing. A special shout out to Rafa and Victor in the reception area who were incredible with us. The rooms were modern and clean. Truly an overall amazing experience and the Spa is a wonderful and relaxing space.
Very spacious and clean Suite, quiet and comfortable, fantastic beds, good breakfast buffet. SPA was a great experience, very friendly staff there, but a bit too crowded for our taste. Outside Pool in need of better maintenance. Location of Hotel is outside of Aranjuez, so you better have a car.
