Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was top-notch – the comfort, cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere. I especially want to highlight the animation team – they created a festive and joyful mood every single day! The entertainment was truly outstanding. A special thank you to the amazing animator Andrea – her energy, charisma, and genuine care for the guests deserve the highest praise. She made our vacation even more vibrant and unforgettable. Huge thanks to her for all the positivity, attention, and professionalism!

One of the Best Weeks I’ve Ever Had! I had an amazing week here and truly enjoyed every moment. While the buildings are a bit dated, our room was very nice and spotlessly clean — housekeeping came every day, which I really appreciated.☺️ The food was absolutely delicious! I looked forward to every meal because there was such a great variety, and the menu changed daily. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious 🤤 The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the large number of guests, they were always quick and efficient — I never had any issues 🫶 The entertainment was another highlight! From fun daily activities to fantastic evening performances, there was always something to enjoy. It made the whole experience even more special. I had such a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The food was completely uninspired – the same dishes every single day, mostly pork, presumably because it’s the cheapest option. The selection was extremely limited and the quality and taste were poor. The staff was at times unfriendly and not very helpful. Complaints were ignored, and it felt as though we were bothering them whenever we tried to raise an issue. The rooms were a disaster: mold everywhere and a strong musty smell as soon as we entered. Since our stay, our health has deteriorated significantly, and we have had to visit doctors multiple times after returning home. It’s very clear that the hotel has serious mold issues, yet nothing seems to be done about it. In addition, no bar or common area is air-conditioned – the restaurant was air-conditioned, but it constantly smelled unpleasant, making it an uncomfortable place to eat. The only positive thing about this hotel was the beach right next to it – and that’s about it. Our conclusion: We would never recommend this hotel. If you care about clean rooms, good food, proper air-conditioning, and friendly staff, you are much better off staying somewhere else.
