Very nice hotel and great area! The staff were really accommodating about late checkout and helpful as well as friendly. Good proximity to food, laundry, tourist sites and transportation. Safe location and felt great travelling with one other person!
I can recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Granada. The city is quite central, just in 10 minutes on foot you reach the Centro. Around the corner there is a supermarket and you can buy water and snacks at the reception. Everyone was very friendly and I would like to thank especially the guys in the restaurant. I just asked if there is milk in the scrambled egg (as I am lactose intolerant) and they made scrambled eggs for me with dairy free milk and brought it in just a few minutes which I really appreciated. We had a triple room and it was large and clean and we had everything we needed in the room. There is a little refrigerator, a kettle with tea and coffee and a quick steamer. On our last day we couldn't have breakfast because we had to go to the airport before the opening hour of the restaurant. So they gave us lunch boxes which we really appreciate but in the car we noticed that we cannot eat the sandwiches as all of them contained pork meat (we are Muslims). We had to say that we would like to have a vegetarian lunch box, but we didn't think about it at that moment. Last but not least, I woke up a bit earlier than wanted as a Spanish man was shouting for a while in the corridor. Of course it is not the fault of the hotel. All in all, I liked the hotel and I would come again if I came to Granada again.
Nice enough hotel situated in a good location. Staff was friendly and responsive however a lot of the amenities like the restaurants were closed. The biggest issue was the A/C it did not work. Blew barely any air. A portable fan would have been better. In a room with four people and their own beds we were all sweating. We had the AC turned down to the lowest, curtains closed lights off. Nothing helped, unfortunately all rooms are like this and the poor staff could do nothing. “That is just how it is.” Is what they said. If they fixed the A/C the rating would go up substantially. **Update 04Aug** I do need to update from the hotels response. I do feel that my complaint was taken seriously the staff never at one point ignored our complaint or made us feel like we weren’t valuable. A technician was sent to the room to try and help but unfortunately could not fix what is not broken. We were moved to another room on a lower floor which did help slightly but with 4 people in a family room it was not much much better. I do appreciate their willingness to help and their concern. Wonderful staff but the HVAC does need updating.
