Occidental Jandía Royal Level Adults Only

This was our 4th visit to the Royal Level and have always had excellent service the rooms have now been updated and look really good more modern but we noticed that some areas of the hotel are looking worn out, the area around the pool needs fixing as some of the decking is broken and some tiles are broken . There needs to be some sort of mat by the pool bar as tiles can get very slippy and dangerous when wet. The bar Verde could do with a handrail down the steps to the lower seating area as steps are quite steep. Apart from these details the service as always was excellent and the staff are extremely friendly food was excellent but could do with more vegetable choice and being hotter. We will be going back in a few months as we enjoy the peace and quiet of adult only holidays.

What a fantastic hotel and area! Perfect destination for relaxing, quiet and literally treated like royalty! Even with the family area below the adults only "Royal", you honestly wouldn't know they're there! Food was amazing, fantastic choices in the buffet style restaurant (could do with being a bit warmer for some options) and the a la carte restaurant menus and food itself was stunning and delicious! 5* for cleanliness throughout the rooms/hotel itself.... the beds are enormous, could easily get 4 people in them! Staff can't do enough for you too! Seriously the best holiday we've ever had, thank you!

We had an absolutely fab 10 days at this hotel. There were just a couple of little things that could be improved but nothing too bad. For example, you can only get a coffee from two areas after breakfast, which just meant a walk to the top bar or to the snack bar, so we could live with that. The rooms could do with a little update but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is clean and full of beautiful foliage with amazing views out to sea. The food was typical of a Canarian all inclusive and there was always plenty of choice and it was done very well, I personally really enjoyed the food with plenty of freshly cooked meat and fish , the salad and veg selection was wide. The pool areas are beautiful and I never had a problem finding a sunbed. I would definitely return to this hotel again.
