The hotel is in a good location . It's not too hard to find a spot for a rental car. About the room it was nice however the room light get on when you get near the sink and wc. And a bit of water leak when you use the shower. Other than that the service was flawless
The room was nice and clean I didn’t like the minimal door for the toilet it wasn’t very private. Air conditioning wasn’t very good and we were right next to the lift. The hotel is so noisy and was hard to sleep at night. They have parties till all hours on the roof. It’s central between the old town and the main beach area how ever public transport is great and for the amount of time we spent in the old town compared to the other area I would recommend staying closer to there
Not even a bottle of water!!! I have been in this hotel for two nights. First one was a courtesy bottle of water in the room. Second night nothing at all even if you want to pay. Called reception to ask for a bottle of water and they told me literally “it is not the chain policy to offer any water the second night”. How can you deny a minimum like a bottle of water to a guest that spends two nights. The hotel charges you the same for each night!!! Such an inhumane behavior
