Kudos to the hotel staff and the place. From the check in to check out the service they provided was great. The staff was very friendly and very pleasant. Meals were amazing and the customized menues were also fabulous with a good portion. Pool was superb also the rooms. Highly recommend this place based on the experience we had. Thank you team Occidental Paradise ❤️ Surely looking forward to come back again!
Beautiful hotel with excellent service and staff were very helpful. We wanted to climb the sigiriya rocks and they did provide us with transport when requested. The food is great and the spa massage was excellent. The pool area with the bar was fantastic and there is a zip liner in the hotel which our little one wanted to go on, that was handy. There is a gym area which came useful too. All in all the stay was excellent and if I had an option I would give 10 stars. A place definitely to be visited.
We had the most amazing stay. The rooms were so special with their high ceilings and loft. The amount of wild life that we saw at the hotel was next level. The monkeys ran past our rooms playing in the trees. The service we received from the hotel staff was so kind. They were very good with the kids. Pool was great. We especially loved the new front office manager that was very friendly and kind and will be great for the hotel. Breakfast was the best ever! Especially the Dahl
