Occidental Playa de Palma

Very good hotel, the staff was very friendly, helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The food was very good and it had an excellent variety during the 2 weeks we were staying. We had all inclusive and it had some alcohol consumption restrictions which to be honest didn’t feel bad. The rooms are good enough but the hotel should provide water bottle on the rooms, we often heard other guests meaning the walls are thin. We would recommend anyone a stay here but the area close to the beach isn’t the best for families.

Great staff. They truly care about the enjoyment of the guests. Everyone from room maid to receptionist was extremely polite, smiling always greeting. One can see that the people there truly care about the good experience of their guests. All facilities were very maintained ans the room cleaning was flawless.

The good, bad and ugly. Good: Staff and food. Everybody was super friendly and the buffet was surprisingly good. Bad: Small out dated rooms in the main part of the hotel and very noisy. Maybe the Villas by the pool are larger and more quiet. Ugly: Its a block away from a Bourbon Street type of party atmosphere. So naturally it attracts the party type of crowd who stumble in at 2-3AM and are staying 4 to a room.
