Occidental Praha

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is very good – metro station is close, and it’s easy to get to the city center fast. There are also some shopping malls nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of tasty options. Our room was clean and had a great view from the window. Everything was super! We travel with Barcelo hotels for a long time now, and it’s always a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful – they explained how to go to the city and even organized a tour for us. We were tired but very happy :) Thank you for everything!

Very good hotel, with great service and very friendly staff. Especially Viktoria, Diana, Vlad were very kind! The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping fulfills all wishes that we have. The breakfast was good and has a big amount of different things. It was a little bit sad, that the metro was closed because of renovations. But we traveled by bus and this was also very easy, because of the good public transport system in Prag. They are also building a new Metro station in front of the hotel, so the city connection will be very good after they finish building process. The only thing that wasn’t great was the price for parking. 20€ per day is definitely not fair. For five days 100€ is very expensive, just to have your car parked. But All in all I would recommend the occidental for every body who is looking for a good hotel. If we will ever be in Prag again we will come back.

I've been in this hotel lot of times, probably the best hotel for its price in the area. Unfortunately sometimes you get a room where you can smell the waste pipes a bit and all the rooms have different equipment, sometimes you get a room with bath, sometimes with iron or steamer, but it's inconsistent. Otherwise breakfasts are great and there two bus stops within 2 minute walk and a metro station within 10 minute walk.
