Occidental Puerto Banus

This hotel is in a great location. Close to the marina and the shopping mall, whilst retaining peace and serenity. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff are always on hand for replenishment and table-clearing - Francisco was incredibly friendly and approachable. Our room was spotless, with tasteful decor and a relaxing vibe. A bottle of cold water was brought to our room each day, which was an incredibly pleasant addition. The staff were supportive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious and peaceful, with plenty of loungers to unwind in the sun.

My experience was nothing short of outstanding. The property is ideally located within easy walking distance of the beach and Porto Banús, with other major attractions readily accessible — making it a superb base from which to explore the neighbouring areas. The room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was also a highlight — fresh and varied. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm hospitality. In particular, I am especially grateful to the reception team, who kindly and efficiently accommodated my preferences regarding the room. Definitely not my last time in this hotel.

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The rooms are lovely and big. The beds are so comfy. The breakfasts catered for everyone and were delicious.The staff were very friendly and welcoming! The pool was great with plenty of sun loungers! The hotel was very clean! It is only a 10 minute walk to the marina where there are tons of restaurants and bars!! The only negatives were that the drinks were quite pricey! Two vodka and cokes and two frozen daiquiris were €54! And the road next to the hotel was very noisy and busy so if your balcony is near the road it is quite loud but you get used to it and you can't really hear it from the room. Had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this hotel.
