great hotel best customer service. All staff is friendly and welcoming- i suffered from an eye infection while on holiday and one of the staff went to the pharmacy and helped me find the correct medication needed !! animation team was amazing and made sure a lot of fun taken place while on holiday - especially Marco was very welcoming and friendly throughout the holiday ! Hotel decorated our room and gave card and rose for anniversary celebration! definitely recommend for couples , families and elderly!

Hotel' open area is amazing. Everything is clean and well arranged. The room that we got is not like we expected, what we saw on the hotel web page or tourist agency advertising. It needs renovation and the house keeping is so and so. We didn't got in the room do not disturb sign and after launch, we put our small kids to have neap and cleaning lady entered. Even we asked her to come later, she continued to clean. We didn't ask for cleaning...we were out of room for several hours. Restorant is very busy, but you can find different food. Paper napkins are often missed, but if ask, they will bring it. Waters at the pool bar are amazing, also animation stuff is doing great job-different To compare with similar resorts in Egypt, I would give slightly advantage to the Egypt's one. Tunisia is lovely and they are really doing great job, but some minor improvements are needed to be the great and on upper level. Beach needs a cleaning. Entrance in water especially.

Rooms - outdated, cleaning standards average Grounds- the hotel grounds are beautiful however there are always empty / dirty plates and cups around the room area left on windowsill in the communal hallway or outside doorways that would be there for hours. Beach- beautiful, however closed off at night . It’s a shame as on holiday I love a nighttime walk on the beach after dinner. Food- average, cocktails watered down and tasted awful. I could only tolerate beer !! Location- great !! Lots of restaurants, shops nearby Service- if you don’t tip then you won’t get attended to. Pool area- beautiful but the greedy holiday makers take up the sun beds as early as 5am by leaving their towels on them!!
