Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were excellent, with a stunning view of the sea and the Old Town. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming -a special thank you to Lucia at the reception, who was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. Big thanks to everyone!

We stayed in the Formentera Suite at Ocean Drive Ibiza and were extremely disappointed. While the room itself was a good size for three people, it lacked basic cleanliness—there was visible dust on the shelves and stains in the bathtub. For a suite booked for three guests, only two sets of towels, robes, and slippers were provided. We had to call multiple times just to get the missing items, and even then, the follow-through was poor. Service overall was unacceptable. Our room service order was incorrect on the first night, and on another evening, it was completely unavailable with no heads-up from the staff leaving us starving for the night. For the price point and location, this level of service is inexcusable. I’ve stayed at many hotels across Ibiza and have never experienced such disregard for guest comfort. There was no effort made to address the issues or offer any form of compensation. We asked them to speak with the hotel manager, but they didn't even do that. With so many great options on the island, I’d strongly suggest booking elsewhere

Expressing my disappointment with several aspects of my recent stay at Ocean Drive Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with serious concerns regarding the honesty and integrity of certain staff members. Firstly, I urge all future guests to carefully review their bills and verify all signatures. In my case, a charge was added to my room and signed with a signature that was not mine. Despite raising this issue, I did not receive a refund for the unrecognized charge, which I find unacceptable. More distressingly, I believe that some of my personal belongings — specifically, my rings — were taken from my room. While I understand that this may be difficult to verify, it is incredibly disheartening to leave a hotel feeling that I cannot trust the people who work there. I no longer feel confident in the integrity of at least one staff member, particularly the cleaner. What happened during my stay was not just disappointing — it was a violation of trust. I expected a proper investigation, but unfortunately, the response I received showed a lack of concern. I was told it was my problem, which I find completely unacceptable.
