Ocean El Faro Resort All Inclusive

Juan Carlos is amazing at the El Beso pool bar. Very kind and makes great strong drinks. Definitely a great experience. Also shout out to Francis, Emmanual Leonela and Amaury. I will definitely come back. The whole resort was great. And also another shout out to Jarrison who was very kind as well in the el beso adults only restaurant for breakfast. And Emmanuel at the Blue Moon Restaurant who was perfect in every way. Again, thank you, Juan Carlos, Until we meet again in paradise.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was quick & friendly! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had breathtaking views. The food was good, so many delicious options at every meal. The restaurants, buffets, & snack bars all exceeded expectations. The resort grounds were beautiful & perfectly maintained, with plenty of shaded spots and gorgeous pools. The entertainment team kept the atmosphere fun all day, & the nightly shows were top-notch. What truly made the difference was the service, every staff member was kind, attentive, & genuinely cared about our experience. We felt pampered from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an stress-free, relaxing, & unforgettable vacation.

Stayed here for a week for a getaway with my family before i go to college and it was amazing!! Carlos was our concierge and he was amazing. very understanding and always made sure that we had a reservation even if we asked for a late one or to change the time. The people were great and friendly! Rooms were nice and always made sure our room was made. Food was great as well and the beach and pools were amazing! 10/10!! definitely would go again!
