It was a nice place to stay. We would stay there again if I was to go to Florida again. It was very close to the beach, my grandkids went swimming everyday. They had washers and dryers so you could have clean clothes to take home.
Washer tried to destroy itself. Reported it to mgt., "We may need to order a new one", didn't attempt to repair or offer an alternative. No washer for a two week stay. AC didn't work but was repaired late the following day. On good note the beach access is nice, but try your gate code before you close gate. Gate codes (3 different ones given) didn't work. Pool was nice and warm by our second week, heater repaired. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. We have stayed before with good memories, this trip had some disappointments.
Unit was dirty and several items in the unit did not work. There is no elevator and that wasn’t mentioned any where on their site. There is no management on site to resolve issues.
