Perfect place to stay in this hotel. I highly recommend because everything is perfect in a great location. Manager Hamdy, Leyla and Israa are the best. Leyla is a great person and great helper for everything and I really loved my staying there. Recommended 💯 I will come back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rooms were spacious, amenities were provided. Just had to request few times to get the towels. Rest was fine. There is no view of ocean or proximity. About good 10-15 min drive to red Sea and mall
The service at this hotel is absolutely terrible. The staff are careless, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic help, and they clearly didn’t care. On top of that, there was no WiFi connection in my room the entire stay, and no one bothered to fix it. There’s no hospitality, no customer care, and no reason to stay here. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
