Ocean Lounge

We just came for the tapa route. The waiter was a sweetheart with great service & explained everything to us. We tried both tapas, the meatballs were the star for us. We'd definitely come in again.

We were a large friendly group. We all ordered drinks, some ordered food. Service was extremely slow. Some waited over an hour and a quarter for their food. We needed to go so they asked for a refund as food had not arrived. The lady was so very rude and said no refund as they had no cash (despite some of us paying in cash!) And she didn't know how to refund to a card. She was asked again for a refund and she then proceeded to say she was going to call the police!!!! No one was being aggressive to her, only her bad attitude towards us. Miraculously the food tgen arrived! If they cannot cater for the number of tables they have perhaps they should not have so many. Would totally not recommend this place let alone stay in their accommodation. The attitude of the lady in particular was hostile and unfriendly. I would avoid this place af all cost, there was a reason it was empty and the bar across the road full! Don't waste your money here they do not appreciate their customers!

We’ve just ordered “tinto de verano and white wine” they charged us extra Fanta not sure why. It seems it’s a common practice at this place as per comments. The white wine was the worst i’ve tried during my trip throug spainsh mediterranean cities. So restaurant not recomendable.
