Ocean Palms 11 Prentice Place with a private pool

Ocean Palms has the perfect blend of charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites with jacuzzi, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay! I highly recommend this one because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. I went to Ocean Palms with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with a serene pool area. I loved unwinding at the spa after a long day. Also enjoyed Belly Dance on the Tuesday eve. It was an unforgettable hotel experience. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The rooms were cozy and spacious. The balcony had a great view of the backside while the way to it offered a great view of the pool. The restaurant was located right below the rooms. The hotel also offers facilities like gym and spa to work that sweat out or having relaxing vacay! The room is preped with in room slippers, bathrobes and toiletries. The room also includes a huge TV which is connected to internet and allows access to OTT platforms. All in all a great stay at an value for money!

The hotel is okay, but definitely doesn’t feel like a 4-star property. At check-in, the welcome drink was served in a disposable glass — something you wouldn’t even expect from a 2-star hotel. When we asked for luggage assistance, the staff just left it midway instead of properly helping. The daily breakfast was quite good, but there was no staff available at the swimming pool area. The room was decent, but overall, the experience didn’t match the price. Not great value for money.
