Very good apartment hotel, clean and modern
I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The apartment we booked was missing a basic amenity — a hairdryer — which should have been provided. When we asked the reception for help, they outright refused to assist us just because we were staying in one of the apartments. They kept saying it’s “not their responsibility.” What’s even worse is that the manager who’s apparently in charge of the apartments couldn’t manage to resolve this simple issue with the reception. We stayed for two nights, and during that entire time, no one was able to provide us with a hairdryer. It’s completely unacceptable that such poor communication and lack of cooperation exists between hotel departments. If you're expecting even the most basic customer service or amenities, avoid this place at all costs.
