My family and I have been coming here for years. The exceptional service is what really makes it stand out. We have had the pleasure of being helped by Eddie every year that we come. Eddie and all the staff at the beach are great. They make the beach day such a breeze and are so helpful. They even helped me get a bucket to fill up my baby’s mini pool at the beach. That type of service is invaluable! You won’t be disappointed!

My wedding was in June 2025. Cory worked with us and such a pleasure. The atmosphere and food was absolutely fabulous! People are still raving about it. I was fortunate enough to marry on the beach. Serpil was our banquet manager and was extremely superb. She was with us every step of the way and went beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend requesting her for any affair there. Thank you so much for making my day so special!!

Nice location right on the beach here in Long Branch. Most of the front desk staff are a pleasure to deal with. However, they apparently have no oversight over maintenance and housekeeping personnel. For instance, last night it took somewhere between 2 and 3 hours to get a couple of blankets and pillows. Today, it took at least two phone calls and two separate visits to the front desk to report that the Wi-Fi in the room was not working. They gave me the option to use the public Wi-Fi, but it does not appear to be accessible from the rooms and may only be able to be used in the public areas of the lobby and mezzanine levels. When I asked if they had a business center with a computer that I could use to access the internet, I was told that the two computers near the piano on the lobby level are the only computers they have with internet those computers. Those computers are set up to allow you one single internet session, meaning that you can have one browser tab open; no more. Obviously that doesn't work for someone that's trying to do some work If you have to do any work while at this hotel, you must either sit in the lobby with your device on the public Wi-Fi, or go to a Starbucks. Management works really look into this running the show here. Seems the staff does what they want to do when they want to do it. Nice to have a fridge in our room, but the hotel doesn't have one microwave on premises to reheat food.
