Ocean Resort Condo

The Blue Lagoon at Curacao Ocean Resort was fabulous. The outdoor space was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or take a dip and snorkel in the lagoon. Our host Jo was very responsive and provided everything we needed in the unit (paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry pods, coffee, etc.). Also, the location was fantastic! Literally a 2 minute walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. We had an incredible time.

I cannot recommend this property enough, the management was a little on the casual side, but the apartment itself AMAZING. It had everything you need to enjoy the island, the pool is private, i am glad i was informed ahead of time that there was construction next door that wasn''t awesome but i knew what to expect. The apartment is to DIE for, so relaxing and lush, beautifully decorated, the condo bldg itself is well cared for and a very nice little community. This is a spot i would return to again and again, for a longer stay. The resort spa is not t be missed, get a facial! My husband did scuba diving really enjoed the team there. Honestly we need a month here next time. loved the people on the island and the off the beaten track feel. Everyone was so nice!

We recently returned from a 9 night stay at Flamboyan unit at Curacao Ocean Resort. This was our first trip to Curacao ( 2 couples in their 60's) and we did not know the island at all. Turns out we picked an excellent location for our stay. The area is beautiful. There is a lovely pool and small private beach just for the resort. Neither were ever very crowded. The proximity to Mambo Beach and the various beach clubs and restaurants was a huge bonus. All within a 5-10 minute walk. The staff were very responsive when we had questions. The check in process was quick and easy as was the check out. The staff was also very helpful in securing a car rental for us as I've read a lot about people having difficulty getting car rentals in Curacao. Our only wish was that there had been a small supply of hand and bath soap when we arrived. We were not able to get to a store until the next day and would have appreciated soap for the bath. Throw in a bar of soap! I would not hesitate to return to these accommodations if/when we return to Curacao.
