I had the pleasure of dining at Route 66 in Santiago recently, and the experience was made truly exceptional thanks to our amazing waiter. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations and made sure our drinks were never empty. What really stood out was his attention to detail — he anticipated our needs without being intrusive and handled everything with a smile and great energy. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making guests feel comfortable. This kind of service turns a good meal into a great experience. Thank you for making our night so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for you by name!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I just returned from Ocean Rivera Paradise, and we are still in awe of how amazing our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully maintained, lush landscaping, and a layout that makes it easy to relax and enjoy. Our swim-up room was absolutely perfect. Waking up and stepping right into the pool felt like such a luxury, and the room was spacious, modern, and spotless. The food and drinks were incredible. The steakhouse was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had on vacation – everything was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent. We also fell in love with the adult-only bar at El Beso. It had the perfect atmosphere, amazing cocktails, and friendly bartenders who made us feel right at home. What really stood out, though, was the variety of things to do. Whether we wanted to lounge poolside, enjoy a quiet meal, or dance and sip cocktails, there was something for every mood. The entertainment and energy were always spot-on without ever feeling overwhelming. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a special experience for their guests. We loved every single part of our stay and truly didn’t want it to end. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and we are already planning our next trip back to Ocean Rivera Paradise. Highly, highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and luxury.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Would Not Recommended!! We arrived at this large resort, expecting a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. First, getting from one place to another inside the resort is a nightmare. They offer shuttle services, but in reality, it’s almost impossible to use them – they’re always full, busy with other guests, or simply don’t come frequently enough. We end up walking for long periods just to get anywhere. Second, the cleanliness of the room is unacceptable. The staff only makes the bed and changes the towels – and that’s it. In the five days we’ve been here, they have not cleaned the room even once. Third, the laundry service prices are outrageous. We’ve been here long enough to need laundry done, but the cost is almost the same as buying new clothes. To make things worse, customer service is practically non-existent. They don’t speak English, don’t offer any help, and even hang up the phone when I try to explain my issue. I even went to the lobby in person and still received no assistance. Overall, this hotel is a disgrace. The lack of service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality is unacceptable. I would never come back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
