From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations and made sure our drinks were never empty. What really stood out was his attention to detail — he anticipated our needs without being intrusive and handled everything with a smile and great energy. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes pride in making guests feel comfortable. This kind of service turns a good meal into a great experience. We had an incredible dining experience at Riviera Paradise Hotel in Cancun, where I enjoyed a beautifully crafted 5-course meal that was nothing short of perfection. Each course was thoughtfully prepared with amazing flavors, presentation, and attention to detail. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was executed flawlessly. The ingredients were fresh, and the portions were well-balanced, making each course enjoyable and satisfying. What truly made the evening memorable was the outstanding service provided by Juan, Fidel, and Omar. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine warmth added so much to the overall experience. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Riviera Paradise, this special dinner is a must-try. Amazing food, relaxing atmosphere, and staff who truly care – it was the highlight of my trip to Cancun!

Extremely Disappointing Experience Would Not Recommended!! We arrived at this large resort, expecting a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. First, getting from one place to another inside the resort is a nightmare. They offer shuttle services, but in reality, it’s almost impossible to use them – they’re always full, busy with other guests, or simply don’t come frequently enough. We end up walking for long periods just to get anywhere. Second, the cleanliness of the room is unacceptable. The staff only makes the bed and changes the towels – and that’s it. In the five days we’ve been here, they have not cleaned the room even once. Third, the laundry service prices are outrageous. We’ve been here long enough to need laundry done, but the cost is almost the same as buying new clothes. To make things worse, customer service is practically non-existent. They don’t speak English, don’t offer any help, and even hang up the phone when I try to explain my issue. I even went to the lobby in person and still received no assistance. Overall, this hotel is a disgrace. The lack of service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality is unacceptable. I would never come back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
