Ocean Sky Hotel and Resort

Great place. We really enjoyed it there! I was a little skeptical because I tend to like hire end places while my husband likes motels. But they pleasantly surprised me. We had a great time. The rooms were really nice.The location is great.The service was great. I love the fact that they're pool, and they're dead. Deck with their chairs is right at the beach.

The location of this resort is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything you need. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. However, the experience with the front desk and lobby staff left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, they were not friendly and often seemed annoyed when we asked basic questions or needed assistance. It made us feel unwelcome at times, which took away from the otherwise great setting. Overall, the location and room quality were great, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

This place is absolutely awful. Our room was dirty and run down. The service and staff are horrendous. They have a security guard that walks the pool area CONSTANTLY. It doesn't make you feel safe, it makes you feel like you're being watched. The pool area was nothing but adults trying to relax, not a teenager, or rowdy person in sight. There was absolutely no reason for this. The bar/restaurant area is understaffed. Drinks are overpriced. Any review giving this place more than 3 stars has to be a bot.
