Nice room and amazing location right on the beach. Pool is nice and the beach access is convenient.

Our condo was great all in all. We spent most of our time in Savannah so I can't speak for Tybee itself but the places nearby were fun and easy to get to. I'd likely return in the future.

Do not stay here! We stayed in 321 Oceansong at Beachside Colony for 3 nights. For starters, the sofa and chair looked like Goodwill rejects and the ice maker did not work. We reported it immediately and were told that maintenence woud take care of it right away. The next day we still had not heard from anyone so I went to the office where a lady was complaining that their dining table had fallen apart and the heated pool, which was ad vertised as such, was not heated. The elderly lady at the desk said it was not her fault the pool was not heated and the maintence man was off that day. When it was my turn, I reminded her of the ice maker problem. She said she waiting for the maintenence man to come in. I asked why she told the lady head of me that the maintenence man was off. She looked like she had just swallowed her tongue. After a few minutes, she said someone would call us. After our third day there, a man came and looked at it and told us a guy would be there on Saturday, after we were scheduled to leave. So on top of paying an extremely high price for a shabby place to stay, we had to go out and buy ice each day. We felt we deserved some sort of refund.
