Beautiful, clean room. Most of the workers speak zero English, but everyone is pretty friendly. Very specific limits on changing usd to rmb. Raj is the best employee there - speaks great English, knows a lot of wonderful restaurants nearby, and is just overall extremely friendly and helpful!!!
This hotel and resort is HUGE. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool is decent, and the breakfast buffet was also decent. The location was a bit further from some of the main parts of Sanya, but not too far away by taxi. Overall, I had a comfortable and relaxing stay here.
4.5 garde hotel..I really want to ask to people "Is it true?" WoW..Unbelievable..although the arrival time was noticed before almost 2weeks ago, the hotel changed my room..and gave me totally the different room😂😂😂 anyway it happens here. I KNEW IT. And the air conditioner did not work properly..yeah probably only my room☺️☺️. I have that lucky.....It's the worst ever before....
