My Friend had not great experience and I agree with it as I visited my friend few weeks back when we are together in Cancun The property was very disappointing. It was outdated. The beach was terrible. The meals were very bad. The only good thing was the staff."

Looks nothing like the photos. The beach is full of seaweed. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. If you're all inclusive and your flight is later in the day they take away your wristband so you have to pay for everything, never known this to happy at an all inclusive out of decency. The food is extremely bland and not much choice at all. The all inclusive alcohol only includes the cheap drinks and the cocktails are awful. Just save yourself from this disappointment of a hotel.

The room was filthy we deep cleaned it our self’s when cleaner did come she chucked all our receipts away and drenched floor. We had items go missing! The reception staff are so rude it’s unbelievable they disgustingly racist I asked for water for medication for my child at midnight they wouldn’t help so I went helped myself! They laugh when you get upset. The food will give you diarrhea everyone of us was so poorly it was really bad I had 4 IVs. The life guards are brilliant the hair lady Erica is amazing the restaurant staff nice. I’ve travelled around world and this is worse hotel I have ever stayed in.
