Ocean Vista

For the money the Block C residential complex at Ocean Vista is very good. I guess it depends who you book with and the host but my room was great. I had a balcony, kitchen, nice large bathroom with hot water shower, very comfortable bed, smart TV for pairing with your digital appliances, solid WiFi too. If you are looking at doing a little work there is a nice work station available, it’s well lit and very spacious and quiet enough during the day to make your calls or concentrate on your tasks. Outside and across the road you have the Ocean Vista cafe and restaurant which are both very easy going, the cafe serves good coffee and a nice range of basic food, as for the restaurant I didn’t actually visit but it is large and I dare say if the cafe is anything to go by the restaurant will be equally as good if you are not looking to go outside the complex. Then there is the beach, and the Ocean Vista facilities that allow residents the luxury of bed side relaxation. Behind the complex is a particularly stunning golf course (only seen it partially) I’m not a golfer so I couldn’t comment on the quality of the greens or fairways but I’m sure it’s magnificent :) Overall a great place to stay if you’re looking short or long term. It really has everything you need! Excellent 😁

Can't ask for more for its price and price per headcount. In fact, an apartment for a family, you have cooking stuffs to make your own meal their (if you choose). Food could easily buy from the local market (10km distance, Phan Thiet mk). Slow internet as using 4G-sim modem, but usable, just not working or stay the whole day for just movies there. Easy access to the beach, just walk out of the whole sector. Free on the left, paid on the right, instruction there, very clear.

The condition of the apartments is terrible and poorly maintained. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. But the worst part is that they try to squeeze money out of the guests staying here. You have to pay extra to use the pool, and it’s dirty. Even worse is the arrogance of the management team and the general manager, who isn’t even capable of addressing complaints or suggestions. Overall, the service is appalling. The beach in front is dirty and full of trash. And yet they believe they meet European standards...
